I have a question for you i could use some advice on - I DJ and play alot of EDM - what is the best optimal levels, in your opinion, on the built-in EQ via back of the Powered Sub? exactly the video i was looking for thank you! bc sometimes speakers get worse with the newer models like JBLs in my opinion. I miss the old sound, they aren't even loud like they used to be. Thank you! Would like to see a bit more in-depth knowledge on decibels w/ the actual sound quality difference description and battery life, if I'm nitpicking but I loved it, you got my sub for sure primo!

How can you honestly go in front of a camera and try to convince people that these speakers sound anything but awful ? Just look at the damn top in the beginning. You got a horn driver with a vertical dispersion cover on a speaker that sits horizontally ???? What is it supposed to do ? Throw the sound 90 degrees up and down and what looks like 20 or 30 degrees sideways ? Ive heard plenty of these systems now and they all sound like the price tag, cheap, tingy, no bass no clarity in vocals, they get muddy as soon as you try anything other than a solo vocalist with a guitar. Please start reviewing some proper audio gear instead of trying to trick people into thinking this is anything but trash can value.. Just because of amazon affiliate,, you are pretty much destroying a whole group of peoples idea of what good quality sound is.. I dare you to run a frequency response test with a rta mic and some software like open sound meter and post it..

This is an absolute garbage brand. Ive had the unfortunate situation of hearing 2 bands now rocking the proreck Club 8k and to say the least its got about as good a frequency response as my laptop running a song recorded with a clipped input. First of all the so called "linearray" comes with comb filtering out of the box, the frequency curve walking across the system is like someone turning on and off a 6db shelf filter in the midrange. The bass is about as good as you can expect from that price range, barely any thump in the high 60´s and nothing to hear below 50hz not to mention the throw, i cant believe someone would haul a system of that size out to an event only to barely cover 100ppl. Even a system like the db tech es1203 blows the 8k out of the water and its not even a competition. Yeah its more expensive, but having 2 tops with 4 4'' speakers and a dual 12 that combined weighs less than one of the 18´s in that system is a joke. Save for a bit longer and buy some proper gear instead of this stuff. It wont last, they don't do customer support and Jesus Christ if its too good to be true its probably not true. Get a pair of 12 or 15 tops used and buy something like a Ld systems Icoa 18 sub (and actual sub that's much cheaper than its performance and value) and you are probably looking at spending about 1500usd. And yes, that would absolutely destroy anything proreck has in their lineup. Proper input and a decent mixer hooked up to that will impress almost anyone. Don't waste your time with this china crap. And this is coming from an Audio Engineer whos worked with everything from mackie to D&B audio technic arrays!

I have a Proreck 3000 system and just purchased a PR18 sub to add to the 2 12” subs. What would be the best way to hook up the PR18 to the 3000? It’s different than the 4000.

Been out there I'm not getting any younger I've ordered two sets of array systems 8,000 club and $6,000 concert the second order the concert 6000 I only received the sub in a box of Hardware I have no idea where my arrays are said it was packed the 8,000 Club arrived with the woofer one of two damaged. My major complaint has nothing to do with sound quality it is impossible to get ahold of customer service or to get any follow up after I spent this company buyer beware.

I am not sure, how the video kept on saying its free and there was no explanation on how to get it for free, it only shows me free plus that $9 or whatever $11 so in this case is not free?

1st problem you need 2 subs for every top in a concert system so you got 8 tops ,that's 16 subs or equivalent sub power output ,300 people you will definitely need those extra subs unless you want to sound like the local karaoke guy ,is that a double sub ,if it is you need 4 of those per side ,,,ahh i see now ,you are the local karaoke guy ,that's why you don't know what your doing ,,,,you probably got less than half the equipment you need to make that system piss like it's supposed to , the problem is it's a powered system so it's selling point is also it's killer ,,you'll need all the subs the more people you fill the room with but 500 will always be your ;limit cos the powered systems just don't have the push to get through that many people ,it will struggle from 300/400 people ,after that you need a passive system ,where's your mixing board at least jeez ,,,then there's all the rack equip you need ,so there's thousands more needed to be spent to make this a pro rigg and like i said once you hit 500 people it's panic time cos you won't get through 600 heads ,,,,might as well get the passive system straight off the bat ,,that's if you have the intention of growing that is and if you don't then the end result after passing those numbers is everything you just spent on the powered system is now worth nothing cos you now have to spend it all again plus more in a passive system to handle the bigger crowds and also a passive system can be made bigger and bigger ,,powered system ,doesn't matter how many speakers n crap you have it wont push through 500/600 people ,that's just the limitations of a powered system ,physics

How is the Bluetooth supposed to work? I connected it, it doesn’t recognize in VR Capture or OBS. And even after connecting Bluetooth on my iPhone or MacBook , the audio from it is not used for the videos recorded from my camera.

I got my pro 4aa set in 2018 new direct from koss. Still use them. Im looking for something new that doesn't weigh so much. Im thinking about trying out beyerdynamic 770s. Do you know anything about them?

I wish their systems didn't default to starting up in Bluetooth Pairing mode. I think as it is, any idiot in the crowd could discover the system, connect to it and play something through your system. Providing of course, you forgot to turn BT off.

I always use HP i5 windows 11 Laptop . ( Serato ) Best Laptop for DJing for hot summer weather and indoors , never has failed me . Mac pc cant handle the summer heat .😎

I just got the Club 6000 for my 5-piece rock band. I think it will be good for even medium sized outdoor gigs. It's pretty loud. Can't imagine needing anything more.

Great review, I’m going to go with the shp9600’s for that extra bass, it’s too bad they couldn’t make the 9500’s with better bass response or else I would choose those. These will also be my first open back headphones! I am also going to order some gel cooled headphone pads and see if it changes the acoustics at all.

how would you hook these up to a receiver for a movie night outside, im trying to do movie night outside for atleast 200 people, with a projector, im running the projector to the sony 7.2 receiver which i'll be connected via eArc via hdmi to the receiver , and i will hook these 6000 speaker system to the back of the reciever but i guess what is the actual cord hook up to that

I just updated to 4.0 and updated virtual and now virtual wont let me select prime go in virtual. I uninstalled and reinstalled etc. numerous times and it still wont work. any thoughts?
